Jonathan Beazley

Jonathan Beazley began his personal journey with addiction at the age of 15. Despite growing up in a supportive family and having a positive childhood, he found himself on a path that gradually led him away from his sense of purpose, self-worth, and ability to help others.
With the encouragement and support of his family, Jonathan eventually found recovery and began rebuilding his life in sobriety. That experience ignited a passion to help others who are facing similar struggles.
Jonathan went on to build a career in the field of addiction recovery and rehabilitation, dedicating his work to guiding individuals and families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Over the course of his career, he has helped advise and support more than 30,000 individuals and families in finding the treatment and recovery path that best fits their needs.
He is a Registered Addiction Specialist Level II (RAS II) and a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), bringing both professional training and personal insight to his work. Jonathan’s philosophy centers on healing through a holistic approach that integrates health, wellness, and compassionate support.
Today, Jonathan continues his mission through Bodhi Addiction Treatment & Wellness, helping individuals and families navigate the recovery journey with personalized guidance and care from his home base in beautiful Capitola, California.

Greetings, my name is Chris Maro and I would like to share my experience with The Bodhi Wellness Team.
I was first introduced to Bodhi in early 2020. I found them at a time in my life when I was at my most desperate. I was convinced that my alcohol dependance was beyond help, having tried several solutions with no success. During a casual conversation with a close and personal friend, Christopher Love, he suggested I meet with Will Harris. My first meeting was in fact an intervention! During this meeting Mr. Harris outlined a prescribed course of treatment which was to include a comprehensive outpatient therapy. Mr. Harris laid out my options in front of me in very blunt terms. With the support of my employer and my partner, we settled on a plan. I was terrified! The thought of what I was about to embark on scared the crap out of me. I was full of fear. Mr. Harris knew that and acted with empathy and compassion. He acted as a friend. He took my calls, he listened, he gave support and did not judge. Our plan included weekly sessions via zoom, telephone calls and the occasional in person meeting. Christopher Love served as Spiritual Adviser and Life Coach, while Kasha was my meditation teacher. The group at Bodhi encouraged my participation in Alcoholics Anonymous and helped to introduce alternative healing programs as well. With the help of meditation, the required reading which included ‘The Naked Mind’, ‘Iron John’, ‘The Four Agreements’, and ‘The Power of now’, and weekly meetings with Christopher and Kasha respectively, I was able to slowly heal and relieve myself of my obsession to drink. What a liberating experience! For the first time in my adult life I was able to live free from the prison of alcohol. Having had a Spiritual experience as the result of these steps I was then able to gain momentum and grow in my sobriety. Each day away from my last drink brings me closer to my vision of a happy and healthy life free from alcohol. I have made lifelong friends with the folks at Bodhi, and often refer to them as “The Bodhi Team” because they are in fact a team. A collective committed to the primary purpose of relieving their clients from the bondage of self, that is to say, those of us who are perpetually seeking security and relief in all the wrong places. I am eternally Grateful for Will, Christopher, and Kasha and the experience I shared with them.
